ULTIMATE DANCE & CHEER POLICIES

Class Requirements:

Female Dancers must wear:
            Footed Tights and Leotard of any style or color.
            Spandex Dance shorts or skirts of any style/color are acceptable as well

Female Cheerleaders must wear:
             Studio issued Practice Attire & Solid White, clean tennis shoes

Female Tumblers must wear:
              Leotard
              Spandex shorts are acceptable
              No tights, socks, loose clothing

Male students in any class:
               Comfortable shorts and shirt

HAIR MUST BE PULLED UP
NO GUM
NO FOOD or DRINK other than WATER
TUCK IN BALLET SHOE LACES

  *LABEL INSIDE OF ALL SHOES*

Snow Policy:
If the Tea, Harrisburg and or Sioux Falls school district lets out early OR is canceled due to weather,
classes are canceled at Ultimate Dance & Cheer
If you are still unsure, check the Ultimate Dance Facebook Page or Keloland Closeline.
*Classes canceled due to weather unfortunately will not be made up.

Tuition:
Tuition payments are due by the first of each month. 
*In case of class withdrawal, Performance Team tuition will be refunded starting with the first full month of withdrawal. Competitive Teams are non-refundable. 

UDC Showcase Dates:
Early December
Mid March
Mid April

Waiting Room & Class Viewing:
*Please remain quiet in the waiting areas.
*Please keep siblings engaged in a quiet activity.
*Please clean up after your family.
*Viewing is allowed as long as those watching remain very quiet.
*YOUR ATHLETE WILL LEARN THE BEST WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE AN AUDIENCE!

Class Make-ups:
Unfortunately, classes missed for an athlete's personal reasons are not able to be made up.
We strive to keep class consistency a high priority, and that is very difficult to do when children are coming and going due to making up missed classes. Please make every effort to get your child to class at their scheduled time.
